Can't load URL: The domain of this URL isn't included in the app's domains.

As you may know Facebook did a big API update recently that changed the way we had to authorise new apps.

 

We have worked hard to update all of our software in the past few days to reflect this change.

 

However, there is now an extra step you need to do when you create your app to get it working (this is in addition to what is shown in the tutorials)

Please not we will be updating all the tutorials for the individual software products that we sell over the coming week, but this video should be able to get you up and running immediately.

 

Also please make sure you update your software before trying this or it will not work.

    I've solved it for you!

    Add FB login with the same url such as http://www.example.com

    Goto setting. Turn client, web and embedded on and strict and force to no.

    When you try to Auth the FB account it send you to a URL. Add that into the box. For example:

    http://www.example.com/wp-content/plugins/FanMachine2/facebookcallback.php?

     

    Job done!

    This fixed the issue I had with my new install of fan machine 2 pro. I was searching all over for the fix, hooray!

    However, I wanted to know:

    If you already have the plugin set up and authorized on a website, do you still need to update these settings?

    Graph returned an error: Error validating verification code. Please make sure your redirect_uri is identical to the one you used in the OAuth dialog request

    the problem with me that Facebook not accept your site URL   ( http://fanmarketer.com/ ) and give me this message 

    Add Platform DiscardSave Changes This URL has been identified as malicious and/or abusive.

     

    what can I do?

    please help I want to use the software  !!!!

    When I use Fan Marketer , i got this message, 

    Your submission is missing data in the following fields:
    • App Icon (1024 x 1024)
    • Privacy Policy URL

     

    can you check your email ? i have submitted a few emails , and now reply !!!!

    Product does not work. Period. The App is validated and no drop down for fan pages is available. Further than that is that when you decide to fetch pages, as per the "pages" tutorial no pages appear. This happens on multiple browsers, multiple computers and multiple ips (masked and unmasked). 

    All that happens when you fetch pages is a flash of a white screen, then back to the Pages tab with nothing happening. I have done this on multiple accounts, multiple browsers, and multiple ips. 

    Multiple tickets submitted in the "great support" area with no response except a Zen Desk auto responder.

    I hope if you are considering this product that you read this comment. Perhaps the developers will address the issue before you buy and have to consider getting a refund.

    I'm having the same issue with the fetch pages, I emailed them multiple times, but they did reply, but it took a long time, the software is great its just lack of support.
    I own my own business so customer service is a big deal to me, I don't think they know that any bad reviews can hurt their business, because now day customers rely on other people's reviews but being a business owner I know that there's issues some times

    I can get to the point that when I click authorize FB, it asks if I want to give the app persmission, then asks if the app can manage my pages, when I click yes, I get: "Graph returned an error: Can't Load URL: The domain of this URL isn't included in the app's domains. To be able to load this URL, add all domains and subdomains of your app to the App Domains field in your app settings." But can't get past this point. Very frustrating. Support does not seem to want to spend any time on it and just offers another software as a substitute....
